These maps are drawn using engineering data from the Federal Communications Commission. The pink area represents our local coverage area. Within this area, you should be able to receive the radio station on almost any radio with moderately good to very good reception.
Some of our stations use a directional antenna which means the signals are restricted in some directions. It is also important to know that FM signals are “line of sight”, which means that they do not travel well through solid objects, such as mountains or hills.
Although these maps may not accurate portray your reception, they are generated using the same data that the FCC uses when trying to predict coverage of radio stations and interference with other nearby radio stations.
